Welcome to the brand-new REACT blog. We are thrilled to launch this space,
where we will share security research, privacy guidance, practical tech advice,
and stories of community impact.

REACT stands for the Centre for Research and Education in Applied Community
Technology. We are a registered not-for-profit organization with a simple but
vital mission: to secure and empower the digital public space.

Why We Exist

Technology is no longer optional. It is the backbone of how we organize, share
stories, and support one another. Yet high costs, complex systems, predatory
data practices, and security threats often lock grassroots groups, small
businesses, and marginalized communities out of the digital spaces they need.

We are here to change that. REACT bridges the digital divide by offering:

Independent infrastructure security research

Actionable privacy and security education

Low-cost, ethical, and secure web hosting

Accessible web design, email, and tech support

Our Commitment to You

Because we are a non-profit, our success is measured by the communities we
empower.

True digital inclusion requires both the tools to speak and the armor to
protect that speech.

This blog will be a practical resource. We will break down tech jargon into
simple, actionable advice on keeping your data secure, improving your website's
accessibility, and choosing ethical digital tools.

Let's Connect

We want to hear from you. What technical challenges is your organization
facing? How can we help you thrive online?

Explore the site, learn about our low-cost services, and drop us a line
to say hello. Thank you for being part of our journey.
